Our process

Your Full Patient Journey — 6 Steps

A clear, coordinated route from your first medical questionnaire to follow-up after returning home. Each step below explains what we do, what you receive, and our service timeline.

Six-step pathway

What we do, what you receive, and our service timeline.

  1. Submit Medical Questionnaire

You fill in our secure web form and upload your medical history, laboratory results, imaging reports and DICOM files. All documents are filed securely in our encrypted system.

    • Documents to prepare: passport copy, complete medical records (past 1–2 years), imaging (CT/MRI/X-ray DICOM files), lab reports, current medication list, allergy history
    • Our service standard: a dedicated Care Coordinator is assigned within 24 hours of submission
    • Your data is protected under strict medical privacy regulations and used only for your care
  2. Pre-arrival Specialist Assessment

We translate your records and arrange a review by a leading Chinese specialist. You receive a suitability feedback report, a preliminary treatment direction and an estimated timeline.

Note: The pre-arrival assessment is a professional reference opinion, not a formal medical diagnosis. The final diagnosis is made after in-person examination in China.

    • Professional medical translation of all records into Chinese
    • Specialist review by a senior physician (Chief/Associate Chief Physician level) from a top tertiary hospital
    • Written feedback report including: treatment feasibility, recommended department, estimated length of stay, preliminary cost estimate in USD
    • Service timeline: initial feedback within 3–5 working days; formal second opinion within 5–7 working days
  3. Confirm Plan & Travel Preparation

Once you confirm your treatment intent, we issue the official medical invitation letter for your visa application, arrange travel logistics and provide detailed pre-visit guidance.

    • Official medical invitation letter issued by the partner hospital (required for medical visa M)
    • Visa application guidance and document checklist; average processing 5 working days
